We build and lead product and platform teams who are committed to delivering and sharing solutions in assurance, advisory and tax services across the PwC Network. My personal activities focus on portfolio management as a tool of science, from improving visibility, mitigating risk, to reducing PwC’s cost base. In addition boosting our Next Generation Cloud footprint as well as building the foundation for multi-tenant managed services.

And on program architecture boosting our cloud footprint from IaaS to SaaS. Our team advises PwC Germany on modern cloud based architecture while strengthening our internal compliance and risk management capabilities, in particular in the domain of General Data Protection Regulations, Professional Law, (Open Source) Licence Management, Intellectual Property, as well as other tax and legal relevant requirements (e.g. records management, eDiscovery).Next to compliance, my activities focused on setting up our Engagement Management and Finance transformation from on-premise SAP to public cloud SAP S/4 HANA.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Philip Garland (US CIO) hired me for his firm-wide digital transformation. After convincing partners to ditch on-premise computing and embrace Google in 2014, I built proofs of concept for new digital and cloud services. While PwC’s infrastructure transformation was underway, I shifted focus with Mike Burwell (US and Global Transformation Office), and Stefan Frühauf (Global Change Lead) on how to streamline our administrative processes and system by introducing SalesForce CRM and Workday HCM.
