Solutions Architect position is a pre-sales role focusing on designing solutions for a wide variety of infrastructure technologies as well as recurring IT services

Working as highest tier escalation point for over 1000 active clients. Taking ownership of customer incidents and requests, by providing telephone, remote, and email support (logging incidents and requests). Serving as a technical escalation point of contact for Service Desk Engineers. Performing advanced Firewall, DFS, Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, and Exchange Server migrations, configurations and troubleshooting. Identifying backup and restore solutions for VEEAM, Backup Exec, Carbonite, Mosey Pro, and Acronis. Troubleshooting and maintaining server hardware and networking infrastructure. Remediating virus, malware, and spyware issues. Performing VMWare and advanced Citrix troubleshooting. Troubleshooting advanced issues related to the latest versions of Microsoft Office applications.

Works directly on the project team advising, planning and implementing proposals which include but are not limited to: Client On/Off Boardings, Virtual and Physical Server builds, Hosted/Server Email Migrations, Domain Creation/Migrations, network infrastructure installations, server room cleanups. Installs, supports, upgrades and maintains servers, PCs, or other computer systems hardware and software. Responsible for responding to service outages, and other relevant issues surrounding client connectivity and data integrity. Assists users in the resolution of hardware or software problems and participates in projects both on-site and virtually.
