As Technical Director and member of the management board at HIRSCHTEC, I am responsible for the strategic expansion of the entire technology division. For more than seven years, I have been responsible for several highly qualified teams of IT security specialists, web developers, information architects, IT consultants and IT project managers who develop and implement innovative and customer-specific intranet solutions based on cloud infrastructure. I am a technology strategist with over 20 years of professional experience in web development (Java/PHP), both at HIRSCHTEC and IBM iX. I have strong skills in matrix management, strategic leadership, IT security, IT governance, IT risk, IT compliance as well as solution orientation and communication. My focus is to enable, accelerate and optimize the digital transformation of working environments paired with the appropriate IT security strategy. I am always on the lookout for new challenges, trends and innovations in my area of expertise and have a high level of resilience and customer orientation.
