Highly sought after as a Subject Matter Expert on Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) to solve complex and time critical maintenance issues.
Lead Instructor
Supervised the training of over 200 Mk-7 Arresting Gear, Maintenance Technician, and ALRE Maintenance Program students with zero attrition and a continual emphasis on safety. Responsible for writing course material in Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) System and Maintenance Technician Course by utilizing AIM (II). Continued to utilize the skills and knowledge gained as a Master Training Specialist to train junior officers, enlisted personnel, and peers on Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment operations and procedures. Instructed on proper preventative and corrective maintenance procedures and the care and use of precision measuring equipment, hand tools and power tools.

Actions directly resulted in overhauling the largest Quality Assurance program aboard USS Harry S. Truman. As C-13 Mod 2 Catapult Operator, Maintenance Technician and Catapult Supervisor, directly responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel and all hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and control systems.
