Service Technician responsibilities include, following dispatch scheduling, commuting with a fully stocked sprinter van from job to job across the entire valley of Phoenix, providing a world class customer experience, installing new garage doors and openers, troubleshooting garage doors and openers, preparing recommendations for customers, repairing and rebuilding garage doors and openers, and collecting payment.

Control costs, create and maintain a monthly budget, and monitor daily profits and losses to ensure the profitability of the company. Recruit, drug test, hire, orientate, and train new employee to obtain proper staffing. Ensure that excellent quality and speed of service requirements are met for each customer. Observe and evaluate employees individually and as a team on their procedures and techniques. Provide a safe, challenging, and rewarding environment for 40 to 50 plus employees. Build and maintain excellent customer care and service.

Line operator- Unidirectional line. Make pre-preg from 480 fiberglass spools and resin.Resin block dipper - calculate honeycomb block density and determine additional dips needed and dip speed needed.Sawer - Horizontally cut honeycomb blocks to customer specifications.Shipper - Build pallets, create shipping labels, operate forklift.
