I've been active since the day I was born. My ego would argue that no one has fallen down and ran around as much as I have. I played all the sports and excelled in all of them especially soccer. Played sports in high school and college, and studied health and wellness through many different disciplines. Picked-up a Personal Trainers Certificate from the Cooper Institute and earned an associates degree in biology (with emphasis in nutrition) along my way. Later, graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Broadcast journalism. Started practicing and following the Iyengar method in 2010 from an Iyengar teacher in the exercise science college. Meanwhile, worked my way into the Whole Body department in Whole Foods, where I study homeopathic supplements and all-natuel body care solutions. And finally, I earned a 200-hour YogaWorks Teaching Certification and have over 150-hours of assisting a couple well respected Iyengar teachers (Scott Hobs and Chris Stein). And there is much-much more not worth mentioning in this brief summary. What all this means is that I have secretly dedicated my life to wellness by searching out many different theories, ideas and disciplines of wellness. I practice being non-dogmatic and seeking the truth. Remember, you're prefect and I'm prefect; anything wrong in me is wrong in you, and anything right in me is right in you.
