I am a journalist with over 5 years of experience in covering daily news and verifying misinformation.Until May of this year, I coordinated the Latin American team of EFE Verifica, the data and verification unit of EFE News Agency. We won the award for Best Verification Project at the 2024 Digital Media Americas Awards, organized by the World Association of News Publishers (WAN-IFRA), for the podcast ConCheck.I have also given talks and workshops on fact-checking in Honduras and Colombia.I am passionate about digital investigation, but also about covering daily news.
