worked on the Corporate Compliance Internal Audit Team. Was also a member of the Corporate Financial Audit group and Human Resources Internal Audit group. Responsible for performing and reviewing walkthroughs, conducting testing, and creating workpapers for base and targeted audits. Also responsible for performing significant account testwork and client assistance for Region’s External Auditors. Focuses on Accounting Operations, Corporate Taxation, Compensation, Human Resources and Corporate Compliance.

• Prepared and reviewed supplemental executive retirement plan (SERP) calculations• Prepared executive and director compensation studies• Assisted in the daily, monthly and year-end accounting duties• Prepared and reviewed monthly, quarterly and annual service reports for executive benefit and employee compensation plans

• Assisted in the preparation and completion of Individual, Partnership and Corporate tax projections, returns and extensions. • Participated in special projects as follows: - Helped gather and interpret data to assist in an expert witness case - Assisted on the Mike Huckabee for President finance committee • Lead role in recruiting new hires by attending college recruiting events and interviews

• Supervised first and second year associates on the planning and completion of year-end audits, SAS 100 Quarterly Reviews, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Testing • Participated in special project engagements; specifically Windstream's spin-off from Alltel Corporation and subsequent merger with Valor Communications • Interacted with all levels of client management, developing strong client relationships • Lead role in recruiting new and experienced hires by attending college recruiting events and interviews

• Provided day-to-day statistical and PR support for multiple collegiate sports. • Assisted in game management duties.• Statistician for the Southeastern Women’s Basketball Tournament March 2000 and March 2001
