• The Medication Aide accepts, accounts and documents all new medications brought into the facility. Safely prepares and aides with resident self-administration of medications. Maintains accurate medication documentation and records.• Guides the resident in maintaining his/her schedule of daily activities, while maintaining the resident’s sense of independence. Individualizes care and assistance provided to each resident depending on level of functioning. • Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
