Sleep Reset (series A startup) is a digital sleep program that improves sleep and reduces sleep anxiety (Gorovy et al., 2023). I serve as the clinical content lead, working with cross-functional teams. Core Responsibilities:• Lead the content development for the entirety of the Sleep Reset product which includes coaching, daily lessons, and mobile app features. • Create full 8-week sleep optimization program based on metacognitive treatments for insomnia (MCTI) involving acceptance and commitment therapy for insomnia (ACT-I) and mindfulness-based components. • Content owner and partner closely with internal stakeholders.• Provide coaching consultation to certified coaches to support internal team and optimize user experience based on scientific evidence. • Review peer reviewed research articles and adapt it for user understanding. • Cultivate a deep understanding of users throughout their journey by reviewing their lesson inputs.• Analyze lesson performance, put a strategy and plan together with Product Lead to improve performance.• Create interactive lessons and reflective exercises based on CBT and multiple modalities that are effective for insomnia and sleep anxiety.• Build the lessons in Contentful and run AB tests.• Work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.

Pediatric Transplant Service: - Conduct pre-transplant evaluations as part of the Lung, Liver/Multivisceral, Renal, and Heart Transplant Teams, for children and adolescents undergoing the pre-transplant process in outpatient and inpatient settings. - Provide support for coping during inpatient admissions (e.g., with prolonged hospitalization, organ rejection, end of life considerations, and adherence to medical cares).

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy Program - Provided parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) to children with disruptive disorders and co-morbid developmental disabilities. Administered, scored, and interpreted standardized measures used in assessment and treatment planning for children, exhibiting disruptive behavioral problems. - Severed as a therapist for 8 families and consulted with teachers and other professionals involved in the child’s care. - Provided services in-person, as well as through telehealth. University of Miami Health System, Miami, FL.Training Responsibilities: - Provided inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy, consultation-liaison services, crisis intervention, pain management, assistance and overall coping with treatment utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, relaxation training, as well as psychoeducational and grief support for parents and siblings. - Performed outpatient comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, report writing and feedback on findings regarding cognitive sequelae of medical illness and treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, radiation, bone marrow transplant). - Patients included children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer, sickle cell disease, and other hematology and oncology diseases. - Participated in interdisciplinary medical rounds, risk-management, and other treatment related meetings.
