- Lead Cash Reconciliation Function for over 60 bank accounts-Timely filing of Sales and Use taxes, support Head of Tax in process-Implemented NetSuite ERP from Epicor, key figure in process-Implemented Avalara tax software into Salesforce, key figure in process-Implemented Leasecake Leasing software to house lease data-Support operations in process improvements, including closing gaps in loan collections and chargebacks-Support Gift Card liability true ups and process understanding in the business-Reconcile Corporate Ghost Cards and Employee P-Cards monthly-Support Franchise to Corporate with Royalty reporting and collections-Admin for Concur, P-Card program, and Banking Systems-Set Up wires and ensure accuracy in amounts-Support Accounts Payable function with monthly rent reconciliations and imports of invoices into NetSuite platform-Support operations with New Clinic openings to ensure financing accounts are opened on time, and tax authorities are established in time-Oversee Staff Accountant who performs bank reconciliations, journal entries and expense report approvals/validation-Bridge Clinic operations and Corporate accounting by supporting the field-Pull SQL Reports to support the accounting function
