For the past 18 years, I have been the owner/operator of the Just4kicks Soccer School. Just4kicks focuses on the initiation phase of football/soccer formation and hopes to change how we initiate kids into soccer. I believe that soccer development in the U.S. is held back by how kids and their families get introduced and initiated into soccer. More focus and attention here will change the overall success of the sport in all areas. One lifetime isn't enough to make a dent in mastering football pedagogy and delivery, and I enjoy the process wherever it takes me. I have the privilege of working with one of the most innovative football startups and camp experience providers, Train Effective. Football is a great vessel to form great human beings and ingrain the tools necessary to be a professional. Train Effective = Play Effective = Stay Effective.
