Supervision of Investment projects from "0" stage – HYEPROSPECT is an innovative and inclusive industrial smart cluster that includes the relevant infrastructure in four main areas: innovation, training, services, industrial and residential real estate with the status of SEZ.– A multimodal project of the industrial zone "DRY PORT" in the city of Gyumri, combining rail, air and road transport with direct access to air cargo facilities at the Shirak International Airport.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES— Interaction with government authorities, (none)state educational organizations, business representatives to form agreed requirements for projects and the joint implementation of them.— Management of communications at each project stage, the formation of a common understanding among all members of the working groups of the status, tasks, goals, limitations of the project— Participation in the formation of the vision of the product (service) and the achievement of its final target state— Setting tasks for the Contractors, determining deadlines and expected results & Control over the movement of work— Setting tasks for the project team, monitoring the timing and quality of work in accordance with the project plan— Management and organization of the implementation of the plan for the transfer of services to electronic format— Solving and escalating problems that arise during the execution of tasks— Participation in the acceptance of the results of work— Organization and holding of a retrospective on the completed project

Successful work experience in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a coordinator of new business projects for technology transfer. Responsible for supporting business projects in terms of developing progressive and effective methods of attracting projects, as well as in finding and establishing communication with business partners, participated in the organisation of trade exhibitions, round tables and business missions with the participation of a wide range of delegates from the business community and government structures.- Provide project management support to the Executive Director, сollecting requested information for project execution;- Drafting up and preparing briefing notes, talking points and other materials as needed for internal reporting or executive engagement with external parties and industry associations;- Organising preparation and coordination of meeting, executive conference attendance;- Monitoring, responding to and distributing incoming communications; -Support GR & PR Department on different organisational issues, including cross-functional interaction in the formation of new project strategies and their implementation.
