Deliverables include system selection, process design, system requirements, full UAT and training, and change management.

o 7 years as VP of Planning & Allocation for the fastest growing airport/resort retailer with 80+ brands and 300+ stores. Coordinated merger with 120+ InMotion electronics stores. o Spearheaded company-wide multipronged inventory reduction initiative. o Implemented dynamic sales forecasting, replenishment, and vendor ordering system for 700,000+ skus, including food & beverage.o Coordinated multiple Far East direct import programs with WHSmith Asia and their largest wholesale vendors for hardlines, accessories, and electronics.o Implemented and/or upgraded multiple retail systems, including Aptos ERP, MFP, Analytics, Forecasting, Allocation & Replenishment.

o VP of Planning, Allocation, & Business Intelligence for the leading fast fashion retail chain in Latin America with 200+ stores, including Mainline, Outlet, and E-Com. o Restructured an international buying and planning team and instituted standard business processes, including MFP, Allocation & Replenishment, and Far East Sourcing.o Head of the entire Los Angeles corporate office, including the Global Logistics team.o Launched the first Shasa stores in the Middle East.

o Head of Planning & Allocation for junior/womens retailer with 150+ stores & E-com.o Instituted standardized business processes, including MFP, Allocation & Replenishment, Assortment Planning, Core Item Forecasting, Price Management, and Space Planning.o Implemented new ERP (Aptos), including Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, and Analytics.

o Head of Planning & Allocation for luxury baby and maternity multichannel retailer (brick & mortar, E-Com, and print catalog).o Upgraded several retail systems, including KWI Replenishment and Cognos BI.o Coordinated system integration for the acquisition of Cadeau, a luxury maternity retailer.

o Taught Merchandise Planning & Control to students enrolled in associate and bachelor degree programs in Merchandise Marketing. This was a required advanced course in the final half of their curriculum.
