As a “Senior Executive Administrative Assistant,” my responsibilities at dibaware™ are; (1) Providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), managing his calendar and emails. (2) Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications. (3) Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled seamlessly. (4) Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times. (6) Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting effectively to changing priorities and deadlines (7) Assisting in developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. (8) Handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. My achievements are: (1) Implementing an electronic filing system that reduced document retrieval time and improved overall efficiency in the office. (2) Organizing a company-wide team-building event that received overwhelmingly positive feedback from employees, fostering a more cohesive and motivated work environment. (3) Developing and delivering training sessions for administrative staff on time management and organizational skills, resulting in improved productivity and performance.
