Managing all logistics/shipping requirements associated with customer orders, supply site, integrated logistics, warehousing and shipping. Responsibilities included:• Delivery: against agreed KPIs; management of dispatch and delivery of services to business objectives; and effective client relationship management. • Shipping: Managed shipments of various differing commodities, including pharmaceuticals and consumer goods• Administration: coordinate documentation for air/sea shipments including legal contracts, compliance with/production of Letter of Credit (L/C) & Bills of Exchange (BOE), Airway Bills, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, Manufacturer Certificate and related Shipment documentation, Certificate of Origin and pre-.post-supply invoicing• Shipping coordination: coordinating supply chain activities with third parties and clients, to expectation• Strategic supply chain enhancements: identified areas for improvement and logistical simplification as part of planning and cost reduction exercises.
