أول جمعية على المستوى العربي يعمل تحت مظلة وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية ونحن :جمعية داعمة تقدم مجموعة من البرامج والأنشطة واللقاءات تخدم مرضى التصلب اللويحي وذويهم اجتماعيا ونفسيا ومعنويا وتثقيفيا , كذلك تقديم حملات توعوية متنوعة للمجتمع المحلي طوال العام الحالي رؤيتنا : أن نكون رائدين في جودة وشمولية الخدمات والبرامج لمرضى التصلب اللويحي على المستوى المحلي والإقليميرسالـتنا : تقديم كافة أنواع الدعم الاجتماعي والنفسي والمعنوي والتثقيفي لمرضى التصلب اللويحي في المملكة العربية السعودية أهدافــنا :1. تعريف المجتمع المحلي بالمرض وأعراضه، ورفع الوعي العام به بغية تسهيل الحياة اليومية للمصابين .2. تحسين نوعية حياة المرضى وعائلاتهم من خلال البرامج والأنشطة ولقاءات مجموعات الدعم.3. إتاحة الفرصة للمرضى وعائلاتهم لتبادل تجاربهم وخبراتهم الفردية وإطلاعهم على آخر المستجدات الطبية المتعلقة بالمرضى .4. العمل على توفير الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للمرضى.5. رصد وإحصاء المصابين بالمرض في المملكة العربية السعودية . 6. متابعة الأبحاث الطبيّة الخاصّة بهذا المرض ومعرفة كل جديد عنه ونقله للمرضى.7. الاتصال بالجمعيات والمؤسسات المشابهة في دول العالم للاطلاع على ما لديها والتعاون معها.8. دعم المرضى الموهوبين ورعايتهم 9. تقديم بعض الخدمات المادية مثل كراسي المعاقين ودراجات المشي وأدوات الأكل اللازمة وبعض الأدوات البسيطة للعلاج الطبيعي.
