Current• Assisted in designing, developing and implementing the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) that 100% complies to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and AS9100:2016. • Written and published over 100 internal documented information including manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, process flows, templates, forms, and registers in establishing company processes 100% conforming to IMS and company requirements. • Electronically organized, managed, and controlled all documents through Microsoft Sharepoint. • Liaised with IMS and AS9100 training provider (SIRIM STS; now SIRIM Academy) and certification body (SIRIM QAS) on all training, consultation, and certification activities. • Issued over 10 Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) to vendors and internal functions that do not conform to requirements. • Ran internal and roving audits across all processes where necessary to screen conformance towards management systems and internal requirements. • Developed and published PFMEA and Process Control Plans (PCP) for selected projects and assisted issuance of over 25 production Work Order Travelers (WOT). • Conducted and reported on over 30 incoming quality controls (IQC) and 15 outgoing quality controls (OQC). • Set up and ran over 5 programs for Coordinated Measuring Machine (CMM) following the Geometrical, Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) measurement method as per ISO2768 tolerances. • Lead the documentation writing of 3 project reports and assisted in executing First Article Inspections (FAI) / Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) reporting.
