I co-lead (with amigos) the Insights team developing a SAAS data and analytics product. I led from initial ideation and concept through to launch. I am co-leading a cross-functional team (UX/research, POs, delivery managers, tech leads, Dev-ops, QAs and devs) where together we engage in user research to define customer needs, define the product vision, the OKRs, success metrics, developed an outcomes-based roadmap, defined the user journey, prioritize backlog including evaluating trade-offs and potential new commercial opportunities, lead on usability testing and experimentation. Driving continuous development through rapid feedback and Google Analytics for analysis against success metrics aligned with organisational goals and strategy.

Co-founder of a leading fundamentally weighted index for the digital currency asset class that is available to Bloomberg Data clients via the Alternative Data catalog on the Bloomberg Enterprise Access Point. Reporting into the CEO, as part of the co-founding team I led on the development of our value proposition, engaged in user research to determine customer needs, worked to develop our product strategy, led on UX research and the go-to-market and delivery plan. We successfully launched two products - B2C via a webapp and B2B via API endpoints sold by data vendors such as Bloomberg and Morningstar. Managed the marketing and sales strategy.
