Execute in Field and out-field Maintenance activities in preventive and corrective of gathering station and production station., as Maintenance Site Coordinator from Dec 2014 at present.Lead Maintenance Coordinator for WAPI. From 3/12/2014 to 18th Nov 2018 Marmul site transferred to Bahja site from 19th Nov till date.•To manage/ supervise discipline maintenance activities in the area to ensure that all works are completed on time and within budget according to applicable procedures and standards of workmanship of PDO,•Ensure that the engineering, operations and maintenance aspects of the project’s requirements are reflected in the EMC contract enquiry specification, Provide input to the maintenance philosophy•Proactively manage the HSE aspects of maintenance activities, Guide and coach young engineers to develop their technical and interpersonal skills, and manage their compliance to HSE and procedures.•Preparation of any Shutdown Work Pack and Procedures, and minimize shutdown delays, prepare the calls for vendor’s specific to the shutdown, improving quality, schedule and reducing cost.•Leading a team of over 100 personnel in the smooth running of the maintenance division on Marmul Site, Harweel Site, Maintenance Workshop and supply of personnel to PDO operations.• Participate in PDO Continues Improvement “CI” meetings.• Prepare and deliver Root Cause Failure Analysis “RCFA” to improve asset’s reliability as per PDO operation reliability improvement process “ORIP” procedure.•Key challenges in this position are the full optimization of available resources at all times and to keep the team fully motivated in a high performance environment with the highest HSE standards
