Among various business verticals and projects in the region, one of the main contracts for DLPS is the one with Saudi Aramco in Shaybah, KSA. The key responsibilities included- Acting as the project manager for DLPS operations in Shaybah, in-charge of the P&L, the camp and Saudi Aramco maintenance activities at their upstream facilities and Gas-Oil Separation Packages. I was the focal point of contact and in-charge of nearly 450 full-time and contractual employees.- Business development and promotional activities for further business generation, forming strategic alliances with other contractors to further enhance the company’s goals and objectives.

Initiated a Benchmark Project Planning & Execution Program (PPEP) which set up a parallel compliance with Audits and an Integrated MIS for all ongoing and upcoming Projects. Setting up protocols and organograms for site & planning teams and subsequent training of site-personnel on the same.
