I went through a specially designed training program that included 6 weeks of training in both language and English (Augmedix Scribe Training, AST-1), and another 6 weeks of training in professional scribing skills (Augmedix Scribe Training, AST-2), which enabled me to work efficiently and effectively with US doctors. Achieved Doctor Ready (DR) and Doctor Approved (DA) status through multiple audits and training within another 4 weeks to begin working with a doctor in the USA. I assisted my provider, Peter Simpson, MD, Gastroenterology, Sutter PAMF, in documenting patients’ electronic health records (EHR) for 2 years. Navigated and utilized the EHR during assistance of patient care. Maintained required NOTEBUILDER (an application for scribing) utilization and automation targets. Created presets for NB automation and specialty-based improvement. I went through audits and met performance improvement requirements.
