- Plan, organize and manage all department and varsity events and engagement strategies. - Manage events and concessions budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000.- Manage game night, events, admissions, and concessions staff and softwares.- Develop new initiatives to increase and enhance student and community engagement within Athletics and Recreation.- Oversee the development and implementation of new technologies on campus to provide superior service to fans and increase productivity of employees.

- Game Day Director for Calgary Hitmen home games. - Game Day Assistant for Calgary Flames and Wranglers home games.- PA/Goal Spotter for Calgary Roughnecks.- PA/Defensive Tackle/Yardage spotter for Calgary Stampeders.

- Collaborate with marketing department to manage Flames and Hitmen in-game promotions and serve as the game night Field Producer for all home pre-season, regular season and playoff games.- Act as the Game Presentation Director for Hitmen Home Games. - Oversee the organization, production, and execution of all assets for Flames and Hitmen game nights.- Manage CSEC Mascots for all home games and community events.- Assist in planning and executing the 2019 Grey Cup Festival.

- Write content for webpage.- Interview players for stories. - Run social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. - Edit highlight packs for web use.

- Run Instagram live and Instagram stories during game nights. - Assist in game night preperation and execution of sponsorships, intermission activities and group experiences. - Assist in other areas where needed.
