37 years experience on the Service side of the Copier MFP / Automated Office solutions industry.Started as a Field Service Technician first 4 years, followed by 33 years in Service management,overseeing teams up to 35 members, with only one change of employment in 2009.Various products covered such as Xerox, Sharp, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, Canon, Toshiba Kyocera, Brother, HP and KIP Wide Format. Proficient with Microsoft office programs as well as and other industry Service operating platforms such as OMD, STAR, Marcam MXP, Oracle, EAutomate, and SNOW (Service Now). Did facilitating to help train other Service Managers on various operating systems.Experienced in both the Financial P & L side as well as the technical and customer service delivery sides of the business. Achieved Service Manager of the year Award 4 times between 1995 and 2004. Numerous Manager of quarter other years.I enjoy both technology and people. Positive feedback from both customers as well as employees is rewarding.
