• Monthly reporting of submitted Inventory count from Stores.• Conducting Physical count if there is discrepancy • Auditing cash count against sales invoices.• Keeping records of audited stores.• Spot audit of actual Inventory against system counts.

My responsibilities include preparing of monthly Inventory Report,including Physical count of Stock units, reconciling of stock based on actual count per month vs the stock available in the system, I am also authorized in receiving and dispatching of stock units to be transfer in our stores all over Luzon. I also coordinate store personnel about the stock requested to be picked up in head office warehouse.
