Because of my background of information analysis I was invited to a new challenge. In this opportunity I had under my responsibilities the generation of KPIs of the performance of sales operations and it's relation with the logistics team. I coordinated the teams of the three logistic centers with an efficency estrategy. I have implemented an analisis system that using three key KPIs allowed the logistics team to determinate the best configuration of route - warehouse - selled products to reduce costs. I also elaborated the budged 2019 of Logistics and Sells Operation for all the company.

I had the opportunity to construct information for the decision-making of all the undergraduate programs of the University of Guadalajara. I worked in coordination with a very experienced economist to generate estadistical information usefull to decide the course of the future of plans of study.
