With over 14 years of experience in administration and more than three years in Human Resources/Recruiting, I have worked in dynamic start-ups within the technology and biotechnology sectors, a staffing firm, and the higher education industry. Each company has provided me with opportunities to enhance my skills and experience.In 2019, I made a transition to Human Resources following my role at NGM Bio, where I assisted the recruiting team with interview coordination, travel arrangements, and candidate hosting, which piqued my interest in Human Resources and Recruiting. This experience led me to my first role as an HR Coordinator at SiFive, which I found very rewarding. In 2021, I joined a start-up staffing firm, Pinpoint Talent, as a Recruiting Coordinator, further expanding my skill set.My passion for Human Resources/Talent Acquisition and Administration stems from my enjoyment in connecting with people, creating positive experiences, assisting others, collaborating across departments, engaging in projects, improving processes, aiding in event planning, and managing the scheduling and coordination of interviews and meetings, among other administrative tasks.
