1. Managing 30+ strong team of customer executives/senior associates, AMs, Ms with a total customer base of ~15,000 professional learners2. Driving NPS and CSAT for my vertical, increased the Program NPS from 36 to 55 NPS and Program CSAT from 65 to 78 YoY. Achieving the daily given target for tickets, CSAT and re-open SLAs. Achieving SLA of ~97%, Reopen <6% and ticket CSAT of 90% QoQ3. Maintain and monitor feedback, quality, project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures along with coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.4. Preparing status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevantinformation, work with the Technology team to automate dashboards, analyze and interpret data.5. Conduct resource planning & hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards along with managing and handling all types of escalations from all channels, and having proper RCA to control escalations.
