Project Role & Responsibilities: Application developer and Automation analystBusiness Process Automation:Understanding the end-to-end business process and identify the scope of automation. Propose the same after proper analysis of technical and functional feasibility. My responsibility is aligned with the entire delivery process, from proposal to go-live, which include Scope Identification, Feasibility Study, Effort Estimation, Resource Planning, Documentation, Coding-Debugging, Testing and Delivery through Change-Management.Incident Management:Handling critical Incidents, doing break fix, identifying and troubleshooting issues. Also I have identified improvement area in the existing design. I am majorly focused on error reduction, system stabilization and standard service model establishment. Change Management:I have helped to deploy break fix as well as enhancement through Standard and Emergency Change into the system. I have prepared multiple deployment artifacts, represents those changes to respective team, obtains several approvals and confirms the certainty of those deployments in Production with zero faults.Problem Management:I have fixed several long pending issues with identification of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) through Problem management. I have also taken right measure of day to day system tickets as well as high severity tickets reduction. I, being a technical leader, own the system, taken several improvement measures to enhance and improve existing design.Monitoring:I usually monitored daily failed jobs and long running jobs through self-developed monitoring tool which is used by other team members as well. I have spent several weekend hours for monitoring interfaces on and before multiple outages, system upgrade etc. DR activities:Being a pro-active member, always dedicated during disaster recovery management, switching back among different environment, pre and post execution of jobs / process, ascertains stabilization of system.
