I focus my practice on complex commercial litigation as well as matrimonial law matters. I have particular experience in class action defense, products liability, toxic tort, and contract law. I have represented companies in the automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, financial and retail sectors in state and federal courts across the country.I am a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York state bars and am admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
