Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads the Safety Team into implementation of OSH Yellow Book of BWC-DOLE and OSHA.Conducts safety audits and inspections on workplace and premises.Leads the Job hazard Analysis Team in identifications of hazards present in the workplace. Conducts assessment , and recommendations for controls and preventive measures. Manage the process time corresponds with the product's temperature.Checks and assures that the product is in exact temperature range before it release for the distribution department for packing.Do maintenance some preventive maintenance and regular check-up with the process equipments.Check all the process equipment ( cherryburrel process equipment ) calibration status e.i. temperature of the steam and pressure.Maintain the products target temperature in order to prevent spoilage. Maintain the pressure of the silos / tank to flow product at constant.Manage the process from the start up to heating, processing , cooling freezing and packing.
