It is a journey for self discovery, as a parent, understanding children development and needs and for the improvement of the child - parent relation.24 online daily lessons, weekly homework (including videos with play moments), weekly support and feedback to improve understanding and interaction and psychoterapy counseling in the end of the course.

Children Action Foundation in Romania develops 2 projects: 1. Support for mothers, their children and their families which have deep social and psychological problems; 2. A course for specialists working withmothers, their children and their families which have deep social and psychological problems. My activities:1. evaluating the social problem of the mother using a social interview and a family interview; 2. establishing the social risks involved and to create a social strategy to help the mother (for short or long term); 3. being charge with the financial service, the jobs service, the law service in colaboration with a lawyer; 4. creating a data base with jobs, to contact employers, to visit them and to make the connection between the mothers and the employers; 5. staying informed about child protection legislation, social field and sharing this information with mothers.

Training the employers in social work from Prahova and Arges the theory and practice in social work. I was trained in a program "train the trainers" how to teach the theory and how to organise the exercises. I trained the employers: -basic theory in social work; -basic skills and abilities required in this field; I organised the exercises (role-playing game, paper works, work in team) and the final exam.

The research department where I worked in the National Statistic Institute has full time and part time employees. INSSE uses the results from several types of interviews to provide sinthetical data about economic, demographic issues. INSSE organize the census for every 10 years in Romania. As statistical agent I conducted different types of interviews in order to gather economic and social data
