I have acquired 10 years of consulting experience in manufacturing process improvement activities and also engaged in management position for more than 4 years. I am familiar with basic process improvement tools, such as PDCA, DMAIC, 8D, 5 why and lean production system. Communication skills and power point presentation experience are commonly using in my routine consultation job. My personal vision is to create values for my company by leading and working with customer team in implementation of various improvement initiatives to achieve customer business goals and objective. I am also looking forward to work in a more healthy and balance work life.
