I have been in various software development roles for over 20 years, gaining experience and applying those experiences to solutions of all types. Keeping up with the latest tech allows me the creative outlet I need to take an idea and create something that can go beyond everyone’s expectations. Now as a part of the CRM implementation team I enjoy the opportunity to understand various businesses and how each accomplishes their goals. With that understanding I get to help teams of people become more effective, productive and collaborative for the better of their business.Prior to CRM, I was a part of a product development organization. Starting as a developer and ultimately the Director of Software Development, I had the experience of building teams and watching them grow into a well-oiled machine. Cranking out products and features at a phenomenal pace, all while following an Agile approach, made it a fulfilling experience. Throughout my career coaching has played big part of my day to day interactions. Leading by example, allowing others to do the work they do best and providing direct feedback has been the corner stone of my management approach. Coaching others has always been a passion of mine, by taking my experiences, applying them to an individual’s situation and mentoring people to get passed any struggles. I take pride is seeing others succeed in their careers and individual work situation. I learned early on that what motives me is working on a productive successful team, so doing what is needed to help that team become better at what they like to do will help create a successful team. Being a part of a team that is made up of happy, motivated, and accomplished individual helps me be the best I can be.
