• Implementing & reviewing controls over the operational activities and time to observe the control deviation and place the corrective action.• Handling Salaries (Pay Roll)• Maintaining The Inventories.• On a periodic basis review the product costing and analyze the product profitability and suggest regarding pricing decisions to related Department Heads. • Prepare and present the monthly Management accounts to the management and the group• Preparing Final Accounts.• Submitting reports to prepare statement of Financial Position.• Managing operations of the organization.• Handling the administration part.• Ensuring the compliance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company.

• On a periodic basis review the product costing and analyze the product profitability and suggest regarding pricing decisions to related Department Heads. • Prepare and present the monthly Management accounts to the management and the group.• Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors and make sure the compliance requirement with regard to Financial Reporting and other statutory requirements.• Maintain proper control over Fixed Assets.• Liaise with Tax Authorities and attend for meetings with tax officers.• Preparing final Accounts• Submitting reports to prepare statement of Financial Position• Raising invoices in SAP Seiko module• Timely preparation of payroll and other statutory requirements such as EPF, ETF & etc. • Handling Petty Cash• Handling the administration part

• Conduct risk assessment for clients in established/required timeline. • Ensuring the compliance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company.• Detail tailored computation of Taxation, VAT, NBT and PAYE etc., and government statutory regulations. • Preparation and review of financial statements, cash flow statements, notes to financial statements.• Preparing Final Accounts• Submitting Reports to prepare Statement of Financial Position• Raising invoices• Handling Petty Cash
