• Handle and prepare all Export documentation; Proformas Invoices, Sale Contract , Commercial Invoices, Certificate of origin, Bill of Lading & Company Export Documentation• Organize all paperwork and files. Keep track of whole ordering process• Assist in preparing bill of lading.• Preparing of Export Sales Vouchers• Maintaining Loading Containers Pics & Videos• Checking of Bill of Lading draft copy for approval of final printing• Reviewing claims / processing claims• Maintaining all Halal Documentation as per Procedures• Conducting meetings with production to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner• Handle all email correspondence with clients internationally and domestically through E-mail & Alibaba Portal .
