Sales is the most integral part of the company without which no company can survive.I at synmatix was responsible to run the sales department of the company, bringing new projects to run and then making sure the department is running its operations smoothly, creating oppurtunites for the employees and creating a healthy yet challenging environment where they could learn and grow themselves.I have run the sales department with a team of more than 200 employees and helped grow the company to new heights during my tenure.

i was working as the general sales manager at marketing direct where my role was to drive the team to generate more sales and achieve targets before deadlines and keep the team motivated at all times and creating a healthy environment for them to grow in the company which in return helped grow the company itself.
