- Product development from prototype till mass production: prepare gerber data, ODB++, order to vendor, PCB check, PCB assembling.- Lead PCB design team.- Improve productivity and efficiency through DFx.- Manage product development schedule.- Product layout design (consumer electronics). Calculate the PCB size, cost, and match with marketing requirement.- Schematic capture and PCB layout. Setting the constraint manager and design rule for impedance matching, length matching, and PCB manufacturing or assembling.- PCB design review by using electrical computer aided engineering (ECAE): signal integrity, power integrity, EMI, and some simulation tools like ANSOFT.- PCB or EMI troubleshooting using osciloscope, TDR, spectrum analyzer.- PCB vendor management.
