I lead a team of awesome Data Engineers and Data Scientists, providing Smart Data services to facilitate and accelerate decision-making for companies by leveraging their data assets and adding value in process optimization.

Drawing upon my technical and business knowledge, combined with my management and team-building skills, I took on the role of team leader in the company's data vertical. One of my most rewarding professional achievements was expanding the Data team from 4 to 15 people, developing their skills, and generating new opportunities for project diversification within the field, expanding the service catalog to include Data Science products beyond BI.

I participated in various projects involving the design, maintenance, and implementation of data analysis solutions for different sectors and industries, notably in the financial, forestry, pharmaceutical, and retail industries. Some of the responsibilities and achievements I can highlight include:Designing and managing data architecture for each client, utilizing tools like QlikView, QlikSense, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server, Analysis Services, and Azure cloud services. I also created reporting systems using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.Leading the implementation of projects critical for decision-making in companies such as UPM, Sura, Uruguay Asistencia, Marfrig, Adium, ZonaTecno, Montes del Plata, among others. This involved defining data architecture, modeling, report design, and production deployment, while ensuring security and access levels adhered to defined quality standards and timelines.Collaborating in the development and continuous updating of documentation for data models, including processes and tabular/multidimensional query bases to ensure data traceability and maintenance.Providing training to end-users on Business Intelligence tools, both in QlikView (Designer and Developer) and Power BI.

I provided guidance to different Key-Users in financial and service companies on the use of BI tools, primarily Qlik. I implemented QlikView and QlikSense applications for various sectors and designed reports using the StoryTelling tool. Additionally, I used BI tools for data cleansing processes (in unstructured data sources) to support business analysis, with a focus on improving the customer experience.
