The position act as the business owner of Two Business Streams in Financial Service Portfolio which covering : Mobile Money (XL Tunai) and Mobile Banking, mainly in respect of Merchant Management, which includes Business Partnership, Mobile Money Touch point Management, Campaign Management and responsible for all business streams are running as expected by Management of primarily from the revenue side, and also support other Business Unit/Pilar in Digital Service Directorate to provide them Mobile Payment Solution.

After running four years and XL Mobile Finance business is growing, then established a new unit that we called XL Tunai operation & Compliance. This unit is responsible for running and monitoring of all business activities in XL Mobile Finance, starting from the assessment of business related to compliance then responsible to develop the product and manage the after sales. This new assignment is very challenging because we must have to knowledge about the business, technis and regulation of Mobile Finance Services.

Mobile Finance is a new business unit in XL Axiata which has the responsibility for building a mobile finance business which is currently in the form of electronic money which called as XL Tunai. In this unit, my responsibility is to manage all biller can apply to be paid with XL Tunai services.

Product Development Data Platform is a business unit in XL AXIATA which responsible to developing a new feature/mechanism & also product/program of Internet Broadband, Blackberry services and all XL Touchpoint. And my specialist is related to XL touchpoint (UMB, Web 123, XL Portal & mobile application).

Product Development is a business unit in XL Mobile Data Services division which responsible to developing a product & also program of XL Internet PAYU, Internet Broadband and Blackberry services. And my specialist is developing internet package services.besides develop the product, I also manage & monitor all product on the pipeline in my team.

Planning&Development is a business unit in XL Corporate Solutions division which responsible to Plan & develop the network and business proses for new solutions and products.as analyst, what i do is same with specialist do. I am Planning for develop BWA WIMAX and also doing for the implementation.Other job is manage and monitoring all channel & partner performance.

Project Management is a business unit in XL Corporate Solutions division which responsible to ensure that the services provided meet customer’s requirements.As Project Coordinator i did to manage ,coordinate and execute Non GSM Corporate Project-IT Related: VOIP, MPLS, ISP, NAP, Hosted PABX, DRC, Video Conference, Domestic Leased Line, International Leased Line,3 G connection over MPLS , and any products developed by marketing Product developed -GSM, including Integrating to customer system. And also to coordinate with related departments (Program Management/Engineering) to ensure that all project resources are available as planned and to organize the project implementation in customer location that covering activities of installation, integration, and connection test as well as the signing of UAT (User Acceptance Test)
