LaxIQ pairs elite NCAA lacrosse athletes with youth players to increase the accessibility of elite coaching opportunities in the sport. I run a strategic social media marketing campaign to identify potential clients in the lacrosse space and grow the brand. I've gained over 7,000 followers on the Instagram page and successfully marketed the brand and product to gain more clients.

Conducted demographic analysis of partner schools to improve the student recruitment process and indicate regions with the greatest need. Recommended new school partners to the board of directors for induction into the Peninsula Bridge program, multiple of which were selected and are currently served. Peninsula Bridge is a non-profit that provides motivated, low-income students with academic and personal support from 4th grade through college graduation. Bridge works to break the cycle of poverty and greatly increase each student’s chance for success in school, life, and career.

Researched and personally advised Congresswoman Anna Eshoo on federal public health policy. Drafted legislation advocating for the increased usage of new MRI technology.
