In our C8 series car my focus to find new ways to light weight the cars even further. In our future C7 series the focus is in developing very effective powertrain to the hybrid and electric variations

In addition to developing a high-performance EV car battery, I am also responsible for developing a high-efficiency electric and hayride powertrain for our vehicles.

The advancement of our carbon nanotube product line as well as our quantum physics phased research conducted by ARI LLC (Advanced Research Institute) is of great importance to us. In our R&D efforts, we focus on technology redness levels 1 to 3. We plan to continue our work and move the R&D center to Commerce Township, Michigan.

I am proud that Done! was able in spring 2000 to raise more than 10.000.000 Euros private equity as a first round funding and be able to do an IPO in June 2000 and raise second round funding of 15.444.000 Euros.

Novagent Oy developed transdermal methods to provide medication to human body. The technology was developed by Professor PhD Jouni Hirvonen and others and was granted patent in multiple countries including USA. ( 3 years ago). This method works with many different chemical compounds and has potential in many medical applications.

Credere Oy was a market research company, specializing on finding optimal products to a specific market opportunity. Credere also consulted in product strategy and helped its clients to get R&D funding from different sources including TEKES. Credere was a pioneer in using internet in CRM and therefore had an other life as the platform when Done Solution was formed. By merging other pioneering companies, in the new era of DOT.COM companies, the goal was to create a corporation with critical mass to serve the transforming industries. So the name of Credere was changed to DONE and 15 small high tech companies ware merged together in 18 months and the new company was listed to the Helsinki Stock Exchange 6.9.2000. Later more companies ware merged to DONE. All to gather about 45 different high tech entities was involved creating a solid technology base to the future.

Erikkila made a transition from making light crane system, to being able to make more sophisticated material handling system during last decade of 20th century, still keeping its focus on light crane systems and devices helping manual labor safely to lift products in industrial setting.

As a R&D director I was responsible for M&A activity, although at times we had multiple acquisitions going on, so the management team had to split in to multiple teams to get the opportunities captured. As a R&D Director I preparing all the new investment proposal to boards approval for the annual budget. I was also responsible of our licensing activity's as well as high risk activities.
