I managed products, acquisitions, and sales.

I provide extensive services of analysis, design, implementation and support for ERP systems. I also Lead a team of account managers That are highly involved in the implementation of several ERP domains and modules such as: Accounting, Banking, Inventory, Order Processing, POS, E-Commerce, CRM, Multi-Channel and Shipping. My job also requires me to occasionaly go to the customer's location to document their workflow from A-Z to gauge the exact requirement and determine whether or not our ERP software is a good fit. In the occasion that we are not a good fit, I act as a consultant to figure out why we could not accommodate them, and determine which ERP software would be a better fit for their company.

My main duties included oversight of the sales department. 1) Hiring new sales staff2) Making sure the sales department had defined goals.3) Making sure the sales department hit the defined sales numbers.4) I had to determine which employees were assets, and which were liability.

My job included receiving phone calls from prospective borrowers. I then would determine what exactly they were looking for-*Consolidation*Refinance*Purchase Property*Take a New loan on an existing PropertyOnce the goal was defined, I would proceed to either shop around with different banks, or advise on the best available options.
