My job in production management was wide-ranging. As a member of the leadership team, I was responsible for results, personnel, budgeting, investments, pricing, quality systems, logistics, work ergonomics, work safety, maintenance, and real estate. Collective bargaining between Unions was also a part of my job. In addition, I developed a new way for making payments and a new payroll system, which increased productivity and flexible working system. My key responsibility was to develop and improve new products and machinery, and place them for production. My duties included close cooperation with international organizations of Freudenberg concerning sales, product creation, quality, work safety, production, logistics, cost calculation or and pricing. As a production manager, I was responsible for wood panel and metal factories, sub-contracting, personnel, production development, logistics, and IT.As a production planner I was resposible for (my duties included) daily and weekly plannings of metal and wood sections. I was also the supervisor of metal factory.
