My core expertise is in Manufacturing Planning and Strategic Category management which provides the foundation for optimal “make vs buy” decision making for the company.With broad levels of skills, I have applied my business knowledge on markets (Index, commodity prices, category spend) to data analytics in the Digital Supply Chain world. This in turn opens the doors on global opportunities for value creation. Led over twenty advanced planning systems implementations and have led two full cycles of ERP implementations for Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Manufacturing to Inventory processes.I have managed teams in Asia Pacific, Europe, North and South America. Physically based in those regions various parts of my career. Currently based in Singapore and happy to travel.
