- Responsibilities are focused on the private funds of our clients and include facilitating investor onboarding, meeting the daily needs of our client’s investors, and assisting with money movements.

- Managed banking relationships for an array of entity types operating in the digital asset space, including hedge funds, proprietary traders, OTC firms, broker-dealers, exchanges, and payment processors, contributing to $32.2 million in fee income for the year- Guided prospective clients through the full onboarding process with clear communication and timely assistance, while serving as a liaison between the compliance team and the client before presenting all packages to the Financial Crimes Risk Management team to ensure account set-ups were approved & completed- Contributed to process improvement by tracking onboarding cycle times and recommended methods for more effective use of Salesforce resulting in a customer count increase of 17% YoY- Coordinated and led training sessions with new Account Specialists and other teams within the business such as Relationship Managers, Compliance Specialists, and Client Services to reduce onboarding time for new clients
