I lead a talented team of SFR acquisition associates and analysts across scattered site, build to rent and portfolio disciplines. Since 2021 the team has acquired more than 2000 doors for institutions and non profits ensuring strong contribution margins and positive cash flowing portfolios. In addition to leading acquisition efforts the team has developed multiple performance reports utilizing SQL and BI software. These reports are integral to ensuring the best outcomes for our customers. The customers being our investors and future residents of these homes.

The pricing ops role functions within Opendoor's REIT adjacent service. This role relies heavily on making operational improvements to process and tooling to ensure strong decisioning performance. This is tracked via performance metrics designed in this role related to decisioning itself and process/tooling efficiency gains.

I began working on the valuations/acquisitions team since April of 2015. I worked in our flagship market of Phoenix. After Phoenix I helped launch Dallas, Las Vegas, Atlanta and our many east region cities. This role worked with local operators to streamline policy, procedure, training and metrics management in an effort to ensure the success of Opendoor and all those that work here.

I actively participated in the acquisition of Single Family homes for this national REIT. While working for Waypoint I took part in the acquisition of over 300 homes. During that time we consistently achieved higher than average yields and over 5% the average market rents in the Phoenix MSA.
