Prepare and file documents with the USPTO including substantive responses to USPTO Office actions. Draft franchise and licensing agreements, watch notices, Cease and Desist letters, and disclosure documents as needed. Provide marketing strategy for matters relating to the new gTLD program and the ICANN Trademark Clearinghouse; prepare, file and litigate UDRP and ICANN matters.
