- Develop the User Interface (UI) features for Superna’s software products.- Develop back-end handlers to support the UI work.- Develop mock-ups for the UI according to the high-level requirements given by management.- Code solutions according to the designs provided by the development team architects.- Research new developments in software development trends, to stay current with the industry and apply those learnings to Superna’s software products where necessary.- Perform code reviews and give feedback on implementations by the development team to ensure the quality of software.- Work with the QA team to identify issues and assist with understanding and deployment of features.- Work with the customer support team to help identify the root causes of any issues that arise in the field.- Identify any risks of shortcomings in the software, and raise bugs or otherwise report these issues as appropriate.

- Editing registry entries and awareness about performance counters, event logging, diagnostic tools & Windows services - DCOM, WMI, etc- Using technologies including MS Server, Exchange, SQLServer and virtualization using Hyper-V and VMware- Using knowledge of Windows operating environments to troubleshoot and solve technical issues- Using Linux & Powershell command-line interface with general knowledge of networking protocols and network services (UDP, TCP, DNS, firewall - ports, routing, etc.)- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking knowledge (DNS, IIS, firewall, ports, and routing)- Provide friendly and supportive customer service

- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving problems and issues on customer's computer.- Informing customers of Issues about their computer and providing them with a quote for repair.- Installing new/replacement hardware in customers' computers.- Installing operating systems and configuring them for customers.- Backing up & restoring customer data.

- Work as a team to ensure customers have access to products in a friendly and safe environment.- Provide friendly customer service.- Ensure all product labels are forward-facing and that dates are not past due.- Clean & Organize the store at close to be ready for the following day.- Take an Inventory of products in the store.

- Food preparation. (Slicing meat, chopping vegetables etc.)- Creating soups and sauces throughout the day.- Dishwashing.- Taking deliveries & organizing walk-in fridges.- Cooking customers' food.

- Opening the store and ensuring that edible product was ready by opening time.- Memorizing dough recipe and keeping the quality consistent throughout the day.- Cleaning the store at close for the following day.- Receiving deliveries and organizing ingredients and products in the store.

- Provide customers with friendly interactions and great customer service.- Stocking shelves and ensuring products are circulating from inventory to shelves.- Taking customer's orders. Counting cash and providing correct change.

- Provide friendly interactions and great customer service while completing customer orders.- Taking drive-thru orders quickly and accurately.- Memorize how drinks/sandwiches are made and ensure consistency.

- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving problems and issues on customers' laptops.- Installing new/replacement hardware in customers' laptops.- Installing operating systems and configuring them for customers.
