Mentored and supervised a team of 7 employees while partnering with over 60 natural food brands to launch innovative products in Northern California retail markets.

Starting as a Cashier and rising to co-owner in just five years, I helped Aptos Natural Foods become one of the most reputable and intentional natural food stores in California and the U.S. Spearheaded a store-wide remodel, installing Metro shelving, Ecovinyl flooring, and energy-efficient LED lighting—all completed in under a week. Curated a product selection focused on the best Non-GMO, Organic, and family-owned brands, while discontinuing items from large corporations prioritizing profit over welfare. Managed buying across all categories. Although the store closed in November 2022, I am thrilled for my friends at Seascape Foods to open their second location in the same space.
